Frequently Asked Questions
Due to the custom nature of photography services, retainers are non-refundable. If there is a technical issue on my end, I’ll correct or reshoot the affected image so quality standards are met.
Do you offer refunds?
Most clients ship products directly to my DFW studio. Local DFW clients may arrange product drop-off when available.
Do I need to ship my products to you?
Yes. White-background catalog images can be delivered to meet general Amazon listing standards and common e-commerce platform requirements.
Will my images meet Amazon requirements?
Digital lifestyle composites are available as add-ons. These use your photographed product and place it into a styled digital scene for homepage, social, or marketing use. Full styled productions with models are not currently offered.
Do you provide styled or lifestyle images?
For best results, I recommend sending 2–3 units per product when possible. This allows for the best presentation and provides a backup in case of damage, defects, or packaging issues.
Do I need to send multiple samples?
Yes. For brands needing consistent product updates, seasonal launches, or recurring image needs, custom ongoing pricing may be available.
Do you offer monthly or ongoing packages?
Product-based brands selling through Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, or their own websites that need clean, consistent catalog imagery and polished digital lifestyle visuals.
What types of brands are you best suited for?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your project. The remaining balance is due once products are received and before photography begins.
What are your payment terms?
Turnaround depends on the package and project scope. Most catalog projects are delivered within 5–10 business days after products arrive and the remaining balance is paid. Rush turnaround may be available for an additional fee.
What is your turnaround time?
Yes. Products can be returned upon request. Return shipping costs are covered by the client. Unclaimed products are stored for up to 30 days after final delivery.
Do you return my products?
After selecting the package that best fits your project, you’ll complete a short project form with your product details, image needs, and shipping information. Once the retainer is received, your project is reserved. Photography begins once products arrive and the remaining balance is paid.
How do I get started?
Additional catalog images can be added at $55 per image. Digital lifestyle composites can be added at $75 per image. Additional images can be planned before the shoot or added during image selection when available.
