What if I need more images?
Frequently Asked Questions
After selecting your package, you’ll complete a short project form outlining your product details and shipping information.
Once your deposit is received and products arrive at the studio, your shoot is scheduled.
How do I get started?
Due to the custom nature of photography services, retainers are non-refundable.
If there is a technical issue on my end, I will gladly reshoot the image to ensure quality standards are met.
Do you offer refunds?
Most clients ship products directly to the studio. Local DFW clients may arrange drop-off if preferred.
Do I need to ship my products to you?
Yes. Images are delivered to meet Amazon white background standards and general e-commerce platform specifications.
Will my images meet Amazon requirements?
Lifestyle composites and digital enhancements are available as add-ons.
Full styled productions with models are not currently offered.
Do you provide styled or lifestyle images?
Yes. Please send at least 2–3 units per product to ensure the best presentation and backup in case of damage.
Do I need to send multiple samples?
Yes. If you need consistent product updates or launches, ask about retainer pricing.
Do you offer monthly or ongoing packages?
Product-based brands selling through Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify who need clean, consistent white background imagery for online listings.
What types of brands are you best suited for?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your project.
The remaining balance is due once products arrive at the studio and before production begins
What are your payment terms?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from the time your products arrive at the studio.
Rush delivery is available upon request.
What is your turnaround time?
Yes. Products can be returned upon request. Return shipping costs are covered by the client. Unclaimed products are stored for up to 30 days.
